I voted yes, but he does have his moments. Like that time he banned me from his place for asking him a question. Then again, hes really nice.

I think he's mildly fair but there could be some improvements.
First of all, we probably need more work in the divisons like eco and space (this doesn't concern his fairness just a suggestion).
Next, If we declare a peace treaty with X101st it will make some happy and some sad so as a democracy I think we should declare a vote on if we should declare peace permanatly.
But I don't think of him as unfair, If you had a clan with 6000 something people you would be a little unfair
