Rank system

I know we have one, but it's really a base for something better right now. In my opinion, the way to become ranked up is a mystery right now. You have to be personally chosen by kinglime, meaning if you don't know him very closely as a friend you will probably never be ranked up. Is this fair? No, but this is why we have room for improvement. Believe me, I'm not complaining, nor do I think I will be ranked up anytime soon or at all. I just think we need a system to make it more organized. And we are definately not too big for a system, just look at the modern us military and their ranking system. We can make it work. We at least need some form of requirements to rank up, even if they are really hard to earn. Please just hear me out, we do need a change

I somewhat agree. I think that we should have requirements to rank up and if we qualify we rank up.

Right- at least sonething for us to follow as guidelines, not just hoping to get noticed

I'm a select AND advance member. And it only took one comment on ThePhantomHourglass's UCR training zone to make me rank up.
There are multiple ways to be ranked up:

-Be friends with one of the leaders
-Get attention from the leaders (How I did it)
-Prove your skills to a leader
-Get badges to increase your chances

Like vader said, it all has to do with getting attention from the leaders which is good to a certen extent but people should be able to get ranked up without doing that. The leaders and select are awesome but we should have maybe more groups like Special Ops like if you have 10000 KO's or 5000 KO's. It'll give people more to work for.
